i would’ve given this hotel a decent review, but the heat/cooling system was worse than useless, and the satellite TV just didn’t get all the channels. it's honestly shocking nobody offered me a room upgrade given all this chaos. i almost thought they wanted me to be comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our 4-night family trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options catered well to everyone's tastes, and the kids loved the indoor pool area! Just a tip, confirm any billing details at check-in for a smoother experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield! The fitness center had amazing options for exercise, which I loved. The location is in a very good neighborhood, making it easy to explore the area. Checking in was smooth, but the billing issue could have been avoided. Still, I enjoyed my time here.

Check-in was impressively swift, with requests for a rollaway bed and A/C filter change handled immediately upon arrival. The gym featured new equipment and was well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience. However, I encountered a billing issue at checkout, where my Bonvoy number was missing, leading to a $40 surprise charge. Breakfast offerings were satisfactory but could use more variety to improve the dining experience.

Family with children delight

The hotel experience was surprisingly good! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, like a well-oiled machine, which is hard to come by. I was blown away by the size of the showers, seriously, they were enormous! Then there were the soft baked cookies waiting for us after 3 pm-oh, man, they hit the spot! Not to mention that they have a lemon water dispenser in the lobby to quench your thirst on the way to your room, a classy touch for sure. It was nice to see the kids enjoying the comfortable seating in the breakfast area too.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, given the comfort, I think it was worth it.

If you’re into hearty eats, you've got to check out Little Mexico Tacos for some legendary tacos that'll blow your mind! The beds here were comfy, and the fitness center had a killer setup. Plus, breakfast was pretty tasty, so you won’t leave hungry!
